FeatureLab 2022: the call is open until 17th January

We are happy to share with you that TorinoFilmLab’s annual programme FeatureLab is currently accepting applications for the year 2022.

FeatureLab is focused on artistic and productive aspects as well as on promotion strategies in the development of 1st and 2nd feature films. It’s addressed to teams of director and producer (together with a scriptwriter, if on board) working on projects that are already at an advanced stage of development; fiction, creative documentaries, experimental, animation or any possible kind of cinema forms is accepted.

The programme takes place over a period of 6 months during which a total of 10 selected projects will have the possibility to benefit from individually tailored tools; a first residential workshop will be held in Poland and a second online workshop will follow in the fall.

At the end of the lab, the participants conclude their development process during the TFL Meeting Event in November; they will have the chance to present their projects publicly to an audience of international film industry professionals and to compete for the TFL Production Awards and collateral prizes supporting the production process.

FeatureLab is realised in partnership with Polish Film Institute and German Films.
